"I don’t know about other people but I get very nervous changing insurance carriers. Dara is amazing, she answers questions in plain English, walked me through the forms, and was delightful in conversation. State Farm’s coverage is also extremely competitive."

"I am VERY impressed this this agency. They recently took over my policies from another State Farm agent (by the way, I was VERY close to transferring from that agency due to lack of response). They have reached out to me to let me know they are our new agent and then again later just to check on my current policies/coverages. Any time I have an issue or question, they respond in a timely and professional manner. Even though I have since moved from Chicago, I am keeping them as my agent because of the quality of service they provide. Thank you!"
